Meet Selah, the heart behind Little Dough Corner. Made with organic hard red wheat and filtered water, Selah is my strong sourdough starter, carefully dehydrated so you can bring her to life in your own kitchen. Her name, found throughout the Psalms, is an invitation to pause and reflect on the beauty of Christ.
With Selah, I’ve included a recipe card and my personal sourdough recipe as an invitation to take that first step toward hospitality: start with one recipe, make it with love, and share it with someone around your table.
My hope is that Selah becomes part of many loaves shared, doors opened, and memories made together.
